Digital social and healthcare services opened for Siun sote residents – BeeHealthy delivers comprehensive tools for the wellbeing services region

Wellbeing services county of North Karelia, Siun sote, has adopted new digital social and healthcare services through BeeHealthy’s SuomiSote service platform. Residents of the wellbeing services county can now connect with Siun sote’s professionals digitally. The new digital services were launched on schedule on April 9th. 

– The digital SuomiSote service platform is a central part of the implementation of Siun sote’s service strategy and multi-channel service network. The platform provides a comprehensive service platform for both professionals and the customers of Siun sote, says Kirsi Leivonen, CEO of the Wellbeing services county of North Karelia. 

Through the new digital services, residents of North Karelia can now engage digitally with Siun sote professionals regardless of location. Initially, the services are available through a web browser and later in the spring also through a mobile application. 

– Digital services create new opportunities for the development of availability, accessibility, and effectiveness of social and healthcare services. The benefits brought by digital services are significant for residents, professionals, and the service organizer, says Tommi Uimonen, Director of the public sector at BeeHealthy. 

The SuomiSote platform offers professionals tools that allow them to focus more effectively on solving the patient’s problems. 

Ville Kallinen, BeeHealthy’s project manager who supported the implementation of Siun sote’s service platform, underscores Siun sote’s innovativeness and pioneering role as the wellbeing services county opens modern digital services to its residents.
