The Wellbeing services counties of Central Finland and North Savo have chosen BeeHealthy’s digital healthcare platform to improve healthcare access for residents and professionals. This digital transformation will enhance the efficiency and accessibility of social and healthcare services. The first phase of digital services is set to launch by the end of 2024.

– In the procurement process, we emphasised the smooth implementation and usability of the digital platform’s functionalities, and the platform best meets these criteria. With this reform, we aim to improve healthcare access to services, enhance the user experience of digital services, and streamline the work of social and healthcare professionals, states Ritva Vitri, Service Unit Director of the Wellbeind services county of North Savo.

BeeHealthy provides a comprehensive digital healthcare platform for patients and healthcare professionals. The platform enables seamless access to social and healthcare services, including chat and video consultations, appointment bookings, and direct communication with care teams. Patients can also view their laboratory results and manage healthcare needs on behalf of family members, expanding the convenience and accessibility of care.

– The digital service platform unifies the diverse digital services used by the Wellbeing services county into a single platform and addresses the digital service development needs of both counties, explains Jari Porrasmaa, Digital Director of the Wellbeing services county of Central Finland.

The digital platform enhances time management for healthcare professionals and provides ongoing support for patients with chronic conditions between appointments, improving care continuity and effectiveness. The first services are set to launch by the end of 2024, with further rollouts planned through spring 2025.
