As 2024 draws to its conclusion, it’s time to reflect on the notable achievements from the past year and show our appreciation to all who have helped us accomplish our goals this year.
A lot can happen in a year! As 2024 draws to its conclusion, it’s time to reflect on the notable achievements from the past year and show our appreciation to all who have helped us accomplish our goals this year. This year has been monumental for BeeHealthy, with significant highlights across our platform, commercial activities, and product development, along with outstanding customer achievements. Let’s dive into the remarkable journey of 2024!
Demonstrating value and impact
This year, we had the honor to expand our partnerships with the public Wellbeing Services Counties in Finland with Pirkanmaa, Central Finland, North Savo, South Karelia, Kymenlaakso, Central Uusimaa and Western Uusimaa selecting the BeeHealthy platform to transform digital services and access to care for residents. Notably, Pirkanmaa, North Karelia, and South Savo launched their digital services during this year within months of project initiation.
In the Netherlands, the Dutch primary care organization Gezond.nl, part of Arts en Zorg, reported significant results of their BeeHealthy platform adoption. Their digital-first approach resolves 75% of patient contacts through their Digital clinic, resulting in a 40% reduction in physical appointments and high patient satisfaction with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.
The Wellbeing Services County of Päijät-Häme demonstrated significant cost savings, with a study showing that directing the first patient contact to digital channels saves an average of 68 euros per visit, potentially leading to 20 million euros in annual savings. Päijät-Häme also took our video consultation functionality into use, achieving exceptional results with patient and professional Net Promoter Scores (NPS) of 70 and 67, respectively.
North Karelia introduced its first digital care plan for surgical patients, serving 630 patients just in the first two weeks of launch. Their care plans aim to support 5,000–6,000 surgical patients annually.

Major customer achievements

Additionally, Pirkanmaa received the AWS Finland Elevate award for improving public service availability, equality, and quality, with the implementation project completed in just four months.
